Vibrating Screen
Vibrating screens are designed to separate products into different size fractions. They are manufactured in 2-, 3- or 4-deck configurations. Driven by a separate motor via a shaft system, the eccentric shaft—mounted in the screen body on special bearings—is driven by an eccentric weight at each end of the shaft. They produce circular vibrations. The space between the screen decks is wide enough to allow for easy replacement of the screen mesh. The mesh tensioning system is designed to enable mesh replacement in the shortest possible time. Where required, the front trough of the screen is fitted with rails to facilitate rapid mesh replacement. Platforms on three sides of the screen body provide easy access for maintenance.
