Grizzly Vibro Feeder
They generally operate between the feeder and the primary crusher. Heavy-duty grating screens are capable of removing material smaller than 100–110 mm—which arrives with the feed during the feeding of large stones into the primary crusher—before it enters the crusher. By fitting wire mesh to the lower section of the screen – the upper section of which is made from 16–18 Mn alloy steel castings – material of the desired size can be returned to the system. This ensures that dirt and soil are removed from the system before they enter it.

CSB Machine Grizzly Vibro Feeder, are high-performance screening systems that enable production processes to run more efficiently and economically by pre-screening coarse materials prior to the primary crusher. Our grid screens, used in mining, quarries and aggregate production plants, separate fine soil, sand and small stones from the material before they reach the primary crusher, thereby reducing the load on the crusher, increasing plant capacity and contributing to the longer service life of the equipment.
The 16–18 Mn alloy steel cast grate system offers reliable performance under demanding operating conditions thanks to its high wear resistance, whilst the screen mesh—which can be fitted to the lower tier—enables material of the desired particle size to be returned to the system.
