Custom Screen
Custom screens are used as product screens, just as in multi-deck screens. To increase screening efficiency for fine material, the slopes of the lower and upper decks are different. The screening capacity of these screens is also 20–30 per cent higher than that of standard vibrating screens. An advantage over multi-deck screens is that they can be manufactured with up to four decks, depending on the customer’s preference.

Product Description
CSB Machine Custom Screens, are high-performance screening systems developed to sort fine materials with greater efficiency, featuring different angles of inclination. Our specialised screens, used as product screens in crushing and screening plants, aggregate production plants, mining and recycling applications, offer a screening capacity up to 20–30 per cent higher than standard vibrating screens, thereby significantly increasing production efficiency. Their precise classification performance contributes to the production of high-quality end products.
By designing the upper and lower screen decks at different angles, the material is able to progress more efficiently across the screen surface, whilst achieving a high degree of separation precision for fine-grained products. Our customised screens, which can be manufactured with 2, 3 or 4 layers to meet customer requirements, offer a reliable screening solution that reduces operating costs whilst supporting production continuity, thanks to their robust body construction, ease of maintenance and long service life.
