Tromel Screen

Tromel screens are used in the mining, recycling and construction sectors to separate damp and coarse materials by size. Thanks to the rotating cylindrical drum, small particles pass through the screen, whilst larger particles move towards the outlet. CSB tromel screens utilise a chain-and-sprocket drive system to deliver high efficiency at low power consumption and are used for the separation of gravel, sand, soil, compost and minerals.

Product Description

CSB Machine Tromel Screens, these are high-efficiency screening systems developed for the effective classification of damp, sticky and coarse-grained materials according to their particle size. Widely used in mining, recycling, construction and aggregate production plants, our tromel screens ensure the precise separation of gravel, sand, soil, compost and various minerals, thereby delivering high efficiency and uninterrupted operational performance in production processes. With their robust construction and high screening capacity, they help to achieve reliable results even under demanding operating conditions.

Thanks to the rotating cylindrical drum system, the material advances in a controlled manner, whilst particles of the appropriate size pass through the screen, ensuring effective classification. The chain-and-sprocket drive system delivers high operational efficiency with low energy consumption, whilst the robust body construction and wear-resistant components ensure a long service life. With their ease of maintenance and low operating costs, Trommel Screens are a reliable and economical screening solution for modern crushing, screening and recycling plants.
