Secondary Impact Crusher
Secondary Impact Crushers are designed to increase capacity and cubic output whilst reducing wear costs. In addition to extending the plant’s service life thanks to their high durability, they also minimise downtime through their ease of maintenance. In addition to the features of conventional impact crushers, they offer the advantage of easy adjustment via a hydraulic system, protection against overload, and easy maintenance thanks to covers that open via hydraulic arms. Furthermore, the hammers can be used by changing their positions four times.
- Belt-and-pulley drive system
- Specially manufactured rotor
- The parts subject to wear have been protected by hard-facing welding
- Hammers and roof-breaking plates are made from manganese steel castings
- The inner surfaces of the crusher are lined with wear-resistant lining plates
- A large entrance opening fitted with a chain curtain to provide protection against back-splash
- Hydraulic adjustment system
- Chassis made from steel sections
- High-efficiency, low-voltage electric motor

Product Description
CSB Machine Secondary Impact Crushers, these are high-performance crushers developed to process materials obtained after primary crushing into finer, cubical-shaped particles. Widely used in quarries, aggregate production plants, and the concrete and asphalt sectors, our secondary impact crushers maximise efficiency in production processes thanks to their high capacity, superior cubical product ratio and low wear costs. Thanks to their robust construction, they offer reliable and uninterrupted performance for many years.
Thanks to the hydraulic adjustment system, the crusher gap can be adjusted quickly and precisely, whilst the overload protection system ensures the equipment operates safely. The hydraulic swing-out body design facilitates maintenance operations, whilst the crusher hammers—which can be used on four different faces—significantly extend wear life, thereby reducing operating costs. With easy maintenance, high durability and high-quality product output, Secondary Impact Crushers offer an ideal solution for efficient and economical production processes.
