K\u0131rma-eleme veya eleme-y\u0131kama \u00fcniteleriyle elde edilen do\u011fal kum, sahip oldu\u011fu kil, \u00e7amur ve organik kirlilik oran\u0131 nedeniyle do\u011frudan piyasaya sunulamaz. \u0130\u015fte bu noktada devreye koval\u0131 y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131 girer. Dere yataklar\u0131ndan elde edilen ince taneli malzemeyi tozlu ve \u00e7amurlu yap\u0131s\u0131ndan ar\u0131nd\u0131ran bu ekipman, haz\u0131r beton, s\u0131va, har\u00e7 ve yol yap\u0131m\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok uygulamada talep edilen temiz ve kaliteli kumun \u00fcretilmesini sa\u011flar.<\/p><p>Bu kapsaml\u0131 rehberde koval\u0131 y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n ne oldu\u011funu, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prensibini, ta\u015f\u0131ma cebi ve kova sisteminin i\u015flevini, teknik \u00f6zelliklerini, di\u011fer kum y\u0131kama ekipmanlar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 ve do\u011fru y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131 se\u00e7iminde dikkat edilmesi gereken kriterleri m\u00fchendislik bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla ele alaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3505dae5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-ct_text_editor\" data-id=\"3505dae5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"ct_text_editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"ct_text_editor-3505dae5\" class=\"ct-text-editor\" data-wow-delay=\"ms\">\n\t<div class=\"ct-inline-css\"  data-css=\"        \t\t\">\n\n    <\/div>\n\t<div class=\"ct-text-editor-inner elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t<h2>Koval\u0131 Y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131 Nedir?<\/h2><p>Koval\u0131 y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131, dere yataklar\u0131ndan elde edilen 0,3-0,5-0,7 mm aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki ince taneli malzemeyi (do\u011fal kum) tozlu ve \u00e7amurlu yap\u0131s\u0131ndan ar\u0131nd\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lan bir y\u0131kama ve susuzland\u0131rma makinesidir. Eleme-y\u0131kama \u00fcnitesi veya k\u0131rma-eleme-y\u0131kama \u00fcnitesiyle elde edilen 0-5 mm do\u011fal kumun i\u00e7erisinde bulunan kil, \u00e7amur ve benzeri kirlili\u011fin y\u0131kanarak temizlenmesinde, ince malzeme (mil) ka\u00e7\u0131rma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 minimum seviyede olan bir y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131 tipidir.<\/p><p>Koval\u0131 y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131lar, kumdaki kili ve \u00e7amuru temizleyerek kumun safl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 maksimum d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131karmak amac\u0131yla tasarlanm\u0131\u015f y\u0131kama ve susuzland\u0131rma makineleridir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, kovalarda bulunan perfore (delikli) saclar sayesinde kum i\u00e7erisindeki suyun s\u00fcz\u00fclmesini sa\u011flayarak susuzland\u0131rma i\u015flevini de yerine getirirler. Bu \u00e7ift fonksiyonlu yap\u0131 (hem y\u0131kama hem susuzland\u0131rma), koval\u0131 y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 kum y\u0131kama tesislerinin vazge\u00e7ilmez bir bile\u015feni h\u00e2line getirir.<\/p><h3>Koval\u0131 Y\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n Temel Amac\u0131<\/h3><p>Yap\u0131 malzemesi olarak kullan\u0131lan do\u011fal kum, kuvars taneleri, kaya\u00e7 at\u0131klar\u0131, mika ve benzer minerallerin bir kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndan olu\u015fur ve gev\u015fek dokulu bir yap\u0131ya sahiptir. Bu kumun i\u00e7inde bulunan kil ve \u00e7amur gibi ince kirlilikler, haz\u0131r beton ve har\u00e7 \u00fcretiminde malzeme dayan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkileyebilir. K\u00fcvet, malzemenin su i\u00e7inde yeterli s\u00fcre kalarak kil ve \u00e7amurdan ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak hacimde tasarlan\u0131r.<\/p><h3>2. Perfore Kovalar (Tambur)<\/h3><p>Makinenin kalbini olu\u015fturan bu bile\u015fen, delikli sac yap\u0131s\u0131na sahip kovalardan meydana gelir. Kovalar, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f hareketiyle malzemeyi k\u00fcvetten alarak yukar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r ve bu s\u0131rada perfore deliklerden suyun s\u00fcz\u00fclmesini sa\u011flayarak susuzland\u0131rma i\u015flevini yerine getirir.<\/p><h3>3. Ta\u015f\u0131ma Cebi (\u00c7elik Tel Kaplamal\u0131)<\/h3><p>Dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7elik tellerle kaplanan bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm, ince malzemenin kova sistemine aktar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. A\u015f\u0131nmaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131s\u0131 sayesinde uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc kullan\u0131m sunar.<\/p><h3>4. Tahrik Motoru ve Red\u00fckt\u00f6r<\/h3><p>Kovalar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f hareketini sa\u011flayan motor ve red\u00fckt\u00f6r grubu, genellikle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck devirli ve y\u00fcksek torklu bir tasar\u0131ma sahiptir. \u00d6rnek bir uygulamada 2,2 kW g\u00fcc\u00fcnde bir motor, 2,5 rpm devir h\u0131z\u0131yla ideal y\u0131kama s\u00fcresini sa\u011flayabilir.<\/p><h3>5. H\u0131z Kontrol Sistemi (\u0130nvert\u00f6r)<\/h3><p>\u0130nvert\u00f6r-s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc sistemi, kovalar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n malzemenin kirlilik oran\u0131na ve istenen kapasiteye g\u00f6re hassas \u015fekilde ayarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p><h3>6. Tahliye Olu\u011fu<\/h3><p>Susuzland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve temizlenmi\u015f kumun, tahrik sisteminin di\u011fer ucundan bir sonraki prosese (stoklama veya paketleme) y\u00f6nlendirildi\u011fi
